4M All Riders Newsletter: May 2021

Welcome to the All Riders monthly newsletter brought to you straight from the Matt Cave!

This is "4M: The Matt Cave Moto Monthly Mailer".

By now, you must know how much I love alliteration. I just had to put that in the newsletter. So, I will be doing this every month from now on. Yippeee!

We've got a lot going on at All Riders these days. First of all, did you know that May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month? I don't know who decided that, but it might be in the article I linked to. Anyway, this is as good a time as any to focus on being safe while riding your motorcycle. If you want one of our All Riders "Watch for Motorcycles" stickers, you can get one here:

Incidentally, if you follow the link above, we also have t-shirts, patches, membership cards, and work shirts.

In celebration of Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month, we have Bill Upchurch's review of the Brake Free helmet light in the debut of Barracuda Bill Breaks it Down Episode 1.

This is a new venture, but we expect that Bill will continue to win over motorcycle enthusiasts with his unique, conversational, no-bullshit reviews of motorcycle products that he feels are worth talking about. Please follow the link to check him out on Youtube, and please like, subscribe, comment, and share... it really helps us out.

Also Happening in the month of May:

1) First Fridays Bike Night: This Friday, May 7th's rotating Bike Night will be at Tomoka Brewing Co. in Port Orange. Tomoka has great home-brewed beer, outside seating, and a full bar. It also has an excellent menu for making you fat! Check it out below. We start at 7:00 pm.

2) The second Will Yum's Poker Chip Ride: Scheduled for this Saturday: May 8th. You can find the details on

This is a fun variation on a Poker Run where instead of collecting cards, you get poker chips. No one knows the value associated with each color chip until the end, which keeps things interesting during the ride.

Each rider buys in and gets a card to log his/her chips on, and ARMD members get a reduced rate for extra cards.

Details on the calendar page and in the Facebook event.

3) Dan's Full Moon Ride: The original All Riders night ride. This month's ride will replace Chuck's Wednesday

Ride to Nowhere. Wednesday 5/26 is the date.

Details will be on the calendar page and Facebook event post.

4) Third Thursday Bike Night: Thursday, May 20th. As always, Third Thursdays Bike Night will be at Abbey Bar & Odd Elixir downtown Deland. Amazing staff, great beer, wine, mead, and some finger food to boot. We start at 7:00 pm.

You also get 10% off of your entire bill with your current ARMD membership card.

Check out Abbey Bar:

3) Memorial Day Ride: 5/29 This will be a nice ride to a war memorial location. We will end with a group lunch. Details will be in the calendar listing on the calendar page and in the Facebook event post.

RAFFLES! We have two amazing raffles going on now. We are simultaneously raffling off a Cardo Systems Packtalk Bold with JBL Speakers and a Viking Bags Axe Series Backpack with a Bugslide Cleaning Kit inside!

The Cardo Packtalk Bold was featured in Carl Barrett Jr.'s article: Communication is Key. Adventures in Helmet Audio.

The Viking Bags Axe Series Backpack was featured in the review: Battle of the Bags, by yours truly.

You can buy tickets at any of our rides or events, but better yet, why not buy them now?! What? I can do that??? Yeah, Boi, you certainly can! You can click on the link above, or you can click the RafflePay banner below:

The raffle drawing date is tentatively set for the Father's Day Ride on Saturday, 6/19/21. *Date is subject to change.

*YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN*

Speaking of amazing raffles, we'd like to congratulate All Rider Cheryl Atkins on winning the Euro Cycles REV'IT jacket coupon! Euro Cycles of Daytona generously donated a REV'IT jacket of the winner's choice. Cheryl got to choose the size and style of her REV'IT jacket. How cool is that? Big thank you to Euro Cycles of Daytona and Huel Johnson (GM) for supporting All Riders. Oh, and by the way... you get 10% off of parts and service at Euro Cycles of Daytona when you show your valid ARMD membership card.

So, yeah, we have the raffles, and you should certainly buy tickets. However, we are also giving away a $100 Gift card to either Revzilla, J&P Cycles, Indian Motorcycles, or Harley-Davidson. Winner's choice! All you need to do is buy eligible merchandise from the All Riders Marketplace. Now, for all eligible products, one dollar spent equals one entry... and we round up to the next dollar. You can enter for as little as $3.00!

The winner will be selected on June 1, 2021.
